No. Atlas+ is $4.99 a month for the whole workspace, however many members you invite.
No. Every new workspace gets 30 days of full access without a payment method. We email you before the trial ends.
No. If you upgrade with more than two days of trial left, you keep the rest of it and your first charge happens when the trial ends.
Your workspace becomes view-only: everyone can still see projects, updates and reports, but nothing can be changed. Upgrade any time to restore full access. If a workspace stays view-only for 30 days, it and its data are permanently deleted. We send reminder emails before that happens.
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal in Billing. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace becomes view-only.
Stripe retries the payment automatically and you can update your payment method from Billing. If the retries don't succeed, the subscription ends and the workspace becomes view-only until you upgrade again.
Each organization is a separate workspace with its own trial and subscription. Upgrading one doesn't change the others.
